Nursery

One of the greatest tasks of any church is to “tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and the wonders that he has done” (Psalm 78:4). The nursery is essential to Downtown Church carrying out this mission.  

The nursery is offered during Sunday School (9 am) and the worship hour (10:30 am) for children not yet in kindergarten. Children will hear a Bible story and be engaged through music and crafts. You may register your children on any Sunday at the nursery counter. The form is also available online if you would like to register here.  

As a church blessed with numerous young families, there is always a need for nursery volunteers to join our team and support our growing classrooms. Volunteers serve once per quarter or four times per year. This is a great way to not only support the families of Downtown Church, but also to get to know other members. All volunteers who work with children at Downtown Church are required to pass a background check.
